Not medical advice
OpenDrugGraph is an informational clinical-decision-support and research tool intended for licensed professionals and researchers. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any clinical decision; always verify against primary sources and current product labeling.
No patient data
Do not enter patient-identifiable information (PHI). The Service is designed to operate over public data only.
Data provenance & coverage
Interaction statements are derived from public FDA drug labels. Every asserted relationship is cited to its source, and where evidence is absent the Service abstains rather than guess (“never launder”). Coverage is incomplete and provided on a best-effort basis.
Contributions
If you contribute, you affirm that your submission carries a valid, verifiable FDA-label citation and that you have the right to submit it. Contributions are reviewed and published as open data; you grant a license to use them for that purpose. Nothing you submit is asserted without a citation.
No warranty
The Service is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Congruent Systems LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

OpenDrugGraph is open-source software (MIT) built on open data. See the project repository for source and licensing.
